Staff WWC Check Expired/Expiring Action Centre Message

These alert messages send an alert when a staff member's working with children check is expiring/expired. The message will be created by an overnight job and will send based on whether a staff member's WWC expiry date is approaching or has passed (based on config keys). This key defines how many days before the 'Expiry Date' is reached before an Action Centre message reminding the user to follow up is generated.

WWC checks are targeted messages. as a result, only the staff member with the expiring WWC can see the message and the administrator cannot by default.

Note

Targeted ID does not need a subscription.

If an Administrator would like to see the WWC expiry messages then the following subscriptions need to be activated as highlighted in the diagram.
