The luMedicalImmunisationType lookup table defines the immunisation types used at your organisation.
It is used in the:
- Immunisation field on the Immunisation tab in Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Immunisation tab in the Medical details manual.
- Required Immunisations grid area field on the Update of Details bar in Excursion Maintenance. See Excursion Maintenance - Update of Details bar in the SynWeb Current students manual.
Unique code for the immunisation type.
Description of the immunisation type.
Order the immunisations are displayed in the Immunisation drop-down list.
Select the field to make the entry a default immunisation type on the Community Portal - MyDetails (Immunisations & HealthCare).
The immunisation will show for both outcomes - a grey cross showing there is not an immunisation and a green tick to show the record has had their immunisation.
If the immunisation is not default it will only show if the record has had their immunisation (green tick).
Select if the immunisation type is used at your organisation.
Community member that last modified the record.
Date the record was last modified.
